Instead of setting up tables in the main dining room, special rooms have been set aside for an after lunch networking session starting at 12:45pm.&#160; The session lasts until 1:20pm, which should give you just about enough time to meet a couple of folks and pass out some business cards.<\/p>\n<p>There are 10 different &quot;categories&quot; ranging from BOM to Enterprise PDM.&#160; The sessions won&#039;t be hosted or moderated, just show up and mingle for a little while before heading off to the first afternoon sessions at 1:30pm.&#160; I don&#039;t think there will be time to have any meaningful conversations, so I s<span id=\"fck_dom_range_temp_1264431156046_943\"><\/span>uggest you bring a bunch of business cards, shake as many hands as possible, and vow to follow up with those&#160;people&#160;who share your&#160;common design interests.&#160;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the past several years at SolidWorks World, lunchtime has meant Birds-of-a-Feather seating.&#160; This year will be different.
