{"id":33501,"date":"2007-12-27T11:57:38","date_gmt":"2007-12-27T16:57:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.solidworks.com\/swcommunity\/a-terrific-year"},"modified":"2007-12-27T11:57:38","modified_gmt":"2007-12-27T16:57:38","slug":"a-terrific-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.solidworks.com\/solidworksblog\/2007\/12\/a-terrific-year.html","title":{"rendered":"A Terrific Year for SolidWorks User Groups"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>2007 was a great year for SolidWorks User Groups, with a total of 20 new groups joining the SolidWorks User Group Network (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swugn.org\/\">SWUGN<\/a>).&nbsp; From small towns (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swugn.org\/pages\/calendar\/UGdetails.html?id=389\">North Augusta, SC<\/a>) to large metro areas (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swugn.org\/pages\/calendar\/UGdetails.html?id=380\">Tampa, FL<\/a>), new groups popped up at a rate of nearly 2 per month.&nbsp; That&#8217;s a growth rate of over 18%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Top Ten Highlights from 2007<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>10.
