One of the things we’ve heard from\u00a0SolidWorks World<\/a>\u00a0attendees over the past few years is that you’d like to learn more in advance about the\u00a0 SolidWorks partners who set up booths in the Partner Pavilion. Tell us about Delcam.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Delcam offers a range of CADCAM software for many different industries including but not limited to design, manufacturing, healthcare, mold making, aerospace, automotive, composites, footwear and packaging.<\/p>\n

Delcam was started with initial research at Cambridge University during the 1960s.\u00a0 As research and technology continued to develop the development was taken over by the Delta Group in the 1970s.\u00a0 By 1989 the company was bought from the Delta Group in a management and employee buyout.\u00a0 The company was renamed Delcam International and moved to its current location in Small Heath Birmingham, UK. Delcam is now one of the world\u2019s leading suppliers of advanced CADCAM solutions for the manufacturing\u00a0 industry.<\/p>\n

What products do you sell for SolidWorks customers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We sell complete CADCAM solutions for a variety of industries.\u00a0 Our products include Delcam for Solidworks, FeatureCAM, PowerMILL,\u00a0 PowerSHAPE, PartMaker and ArtCAM.\u00a0 We also sell services include training, support, and Professional Services.<\/p>\n
