So let&#8217;s see how that is\u00a0 done&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;re gonna start by opening Toolbox Settings by going either to Start, All Programs, SolidWorks &lt;version&gt;, SolidWorks Tools, Toolbox Settings or within SolidWorks under the Toolbox menu, selecting Configure Toolbox.<\/p>\n<p>Go to the Hole Wizard section and browse to the type of hole you want to customize. When you click on the hole type you want you&#8217;ll be shown a<br \/>\nlist of all the different sizes associated with that hole.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"asset-img-link\" style=\"display: inline;\" href=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/2\/6a00d83451706569e2017d3fa15cba970c.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451706569e2017d3fa15cba970c image-full\" title=\"1\" alt=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/2\/6a00d83451706569e2017d3fa15cba970c-800wi.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On the left under Standard Properties, you&#8217;ll see two sections, Sizes and Thread Data. The new hole size will need to be added to both of these<br \/>\nsections.<\/p>\n<p>Start under the sizes area and click the &#8220;+&#8221; to add a new size<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"asset-img-link\" style=\"display: inline;\" href=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/2\/6a00d83451706569e2017ee715c206970d.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451706569e2017ee715c206970d image-full\" title=\"2\" alt=\"2\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/2\/6a00d83451706569e2017ee715c206970d-800wi.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Input your Size, Pitch and Diameter&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"asset-img-link\" style=\"display: inline;\" href=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/2\/6a00d83451706569e2017d3fa15f45970c.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451706569e2017d3fa15f45970c\" title=\"3\" alt=\"3\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-assets.solidworks.com\/uploads\/sites\/2\/6a00d83451706569e2017d3fa15f45970c-800wi.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Your new size will be added to the list.
