Learn How You Can Get Certified in Houston at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026

Greetings!  It is now autumn of 2025, and 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026 is fast approaching early next year in Houston, TX.  We are looking forward to another great event as well as seeing old friends and making new ones!

One of the benefits for customers attending the conference every year has been the ability to get certified for free. For this year, we will have the full set of testing rooms for live Certification testing on Sunday, February 1st.  Among the Certification team, we have always informally nicknamed this day “Certification Sunday.”  Just like last year, for those who are unable to make it to the conference early, we will also offer one room for testing on Monday, February 2nd.

On Certification Sunday, we offer two testing sessions: the first session will be from 10AM – 2PM CT, and the second session will be from 3PM – 7PM CT that day. On Monday, we will only offer one testing session.  The time for the Monday exam session is yet to be determined.  You can sign up for the exam sessions for both days through the 3DEXPERIENCE World app.

Almost all of our Certification exams, including an Expert-level exam, will be offered. In fact, if you are qualified to take the Expert exam and pass on Sunday or Monday, you will be able to attend our Certified Expert party on Monday night, February 2nd.

 

Those who take an exam on Certification Sunday or Monday will also receive access to two additional exams that can be taken anytime between March 1, 2026 — March 31, 2026.   If you cannot join us on Sunday or Monday, we understand! You will however still receive access to one exam that can be taken anytime between March 1, 2026 — March 31, 2026.

The live Certification sessions represent a lot of hard work for our team in coordination with our colleagues in hosting so many users.  The atmosphere is always electric during these events, as it allows us to meet many of our users face to face.  We are always appreciative of all who make the effort to show up at the conference and sit for up to three hours or more to take a Certification exam.

The other big event our team organizes at each year’s conference is the Certified Expert party.  To attend this party, you must have attained your Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert (CSWE) certification, either in CAD Design or in Simulation.

The party is a celebration of our highest-level certification holders.  This event always takes place on Monday evening of the conference and includes great food, drinks, and games.  Planning is still underway, and we typically release the details only a week or two before the conference.  If you are a long-time SOLIDWORKS user and plan to attend 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026, challenge yourself to attain the Expert certification and become a member of this elite group.
