Share Your Story at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026

When I think back on past 3DEXPERIENCE World events, what always stands out is the people who share what they’ve learned with our community. Some are seasoned presenters, others are speaking for the first time. But every story adds something new.

I’ve seen a room full of engineers quickly reach for their notebooks when someone revealed a shortcut that cut hours from their workflow. I’ve watched a startup team step off stage, energized by the realization that their story resonated far beyond their own circle. And I’ve sat in sessions where a lesson from halfway across the world suddenly felt like it applied to everyone in the room.

3DEXPERIENCE World is a gathering built on shared experience. The real value lies in hearing how different people approach problems, experiment with tools, and drive their projects forward. Nobody walks into a session hoping for perfection. People attend to hear genuine experiences and insights that provide practical takeaways long after the event.

That’s why I’m excited to share that the Call for Speakers for 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026 is now open. This is your chance to take the microphone, whether you’ve developed a time-saving trick in SOLIDWORKS, rethought a workflow in manufacturing, or used simulation to crack a tough design challenge.

This year, we’re making it even easier to contribute. Breakout sessions will be slightly shorter, 45 minutes instead of an hour, so you can focus on your core message without worrying about filling extra time. And you don’t have to stick with a traditional lecture format. From workshops to round-tables to masterclasses, there are multiple ways to connect with others who want to learn from your experience.

If you’re wondering whether your story is “big enough,” let me stop you there. Some of the most memorable sessions I’ve attended weren’t about huge projects or monumental wins; they were about practical, hard-earned lessons that others could immediately apply. Those insights matter, and they’re exactly what make 3DEXPERIENCE World so special.

I want to extend a special thank you to all who have presented with us in the past. You are a key part of this vibrant community, and you know exactly what it takes to deliver valuable content to your peers. We look forward to receiving your submissions for 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026. When doing so, I’d like to encourage you to think about someone you could mentor or nominate. Giving someone their first opportunity to present is a powerful way to strengthen our community and pass along knowledge in a new voice.

The important details:

  1. To submit a proposal, go to www.solidworks.com/3DXW26-CFS
  2. Submissions are open September 2 –  October 7, 2025.
  3.  If your proposal is accepted, you’ll receive a complimentary full conference pass for 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026 (travel and lodging not included).

So, if you’ve solved a problem, streamlined a process, or found a creative way forward, consider sharing it. You might be surprised by how much your story resonates with others, and how many doors it can open, both for you and for the people who learn from you.

I’m looking forward to hearing your ideas – and seeing you in Houston!
