3DEXPERIENCE World 2020 at the City Music Center in Nashville, TN, is just a few days away. To make planning for the event a little easier, we’ve put together a checklist to help you maximize your time while in Nashville.

The Mobile App
Download the 3DEXPERIENCE World mobile app to make the most of your time in Nashville. The app—available on iOs and Android—enables you to build your own agenda; search for sessions by topic, subtopic, role or industry; download and view session presentations; and provide session and presenter feedback.

Meet fellow users at The Hive
Visit The Hive to grab a cup of coffee and a snack, catch up with friends, meet the User Advocacy team, network with User Group members, and learn more about the event from our Ambassador team. First-timers are especially encouraged to stop by The Hive to learn how to make the most of their event experience.
Make new friends and give or get valuable insights on how to get the most value out of 3DEXPERIENCE World’s vast offering of breakout sessions, events and exhibits. The Hive is located this year right across from the entrance to Hall D where the general sessions will take place on Level 3 of the City Music Center.
Registration
The registration area will be located at in Hall A1 Lobby on Level 3 of the City Music Center. Check in at the self-service stations to pick up your badge, conference materials and your very own 3DEXPERIENCE World t-shirt.
Hours will be:
Sunday: 7:00am – 7:00pm CT
Monday: 7:00am – 7:00pm CT
Tuesday: 7:00am – 7:00pm CT
Wednesday: 7:00am -2:30pm CT
Welcome Reception
Join us on Sunday evening for a welcome reception in the 3DEXPERIENCE Playground in Hall B from 5:30pm – 7:30pm CT. This event, which marks the official kick-off for the event, provides the perfect opportunity to network with your peers, check out partner and SOLIDWORKS solutions and enjoy light refreshments.
Model Mania
Back for its 21th year, the Model Mania Challenge will give you a chance to display your talents to the greater SOLIDWORKS community. Model Mania pits user against user, and reseller against reseller, in a battle of wits to see who can model and analyze a part faster, more accurately, and more efficiently. Prizes will be awarded to our first, second, and third place winners. This year’s challenge will be a little different, learn how here.
Bash on Broadway
On Tuesday night, great music, libations, tasty food and fun are all on tap at our Special Event. Join us for the Bash on Broadway, a fun-filled street fest that includes some of the hottest bars in Nashville.
We will be taking over an entire block of Broadway for an exclusive party—just for 3DEXPERIENCE World attendees—with a dedicated beer garden offering amazing Southern-style food and drinks. We will also be offering exclusive access to some of Nashville’s coolest bars, including Blake Shelton’s Ole Red bar, Luke Bryan’s 32 Bridge bar, and Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar—all of which we are taking over for the night. Other things to do in Nashville and surrounding areas
A lot of great music has come from Nashville for well over a Century. As such, visiting Nashville practically requires you to see and experience at least some of this music history for yourself. That’s not all you’ll find in Nashville, however. Here’s some ideas to consider while you are in town for 3DEXPERIENCE World 2020.
