My SolidWorks World Sessions – Day 3, Birds-of-a-Feather

For the past several years at SolidWorks World, lunchtime has meant Birds-of-a-Feather seating.  This year will be different. Instead of setting up tables in the main dining room, special rooms have been set aside for an after lunch networking session starting at 12:45pm.  The session lasts until 1:20pm, which should give you just about enough time to meet a couple of folks and pass out some business cards.

There are 10 different "categories" ranging from BOM to Enterprise PDM.  The sessions won't be hosted or moderated, just show up and mingle for a little while before heading off to the first afternoon sessions at 1:30pm.  I don't think there will be time to have any meaningful conversations, so I suggest you bring a bunch of business cards, shake as many hands as possible, and vow to follow up with those people who share your common design interests.
