Thank You (Merci) Toronto

Some of the nicest folks I’ve met this year were at the SWUGN Summit – Toronto.  A very engaging crowd of nearly 50 were treated to great technical presentations by the likes of Rob Rodriguez, Joseph Vera, Scott Nelson, and Richard Matthews.  Richard’s COSMOS session was so good that it lasted over 1-1/2 hours – I had to really scramble to get Rob to the airport on time (there’s more to that story – I hope Rob tells it in his blog later this week).

I want to thank all of the Toronto SolidWorks users that made me feel welcome, local reseller Javelin Technologies for all of their help, and of course the presenters without whom there wouldn’t be an event.  I look forward to a return trip to Canada during next years events.
