A SWUGN Gathering in the Valley of the Sun

The thing I like best about the SWUGN Summit events is the unique technical sessions that are presented by local users.  I didn’t get a chance to see the session by Zach Wilsterman, but I did catch Anna Wood’s Reduced Dimension Drawings presentation.  It’s one thing to learn a few tips and tricks during a presentation, but quite another to learn about how companies are using new methodologies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve time to market.

We had a great day in Phoenix.  Special thanks to Zach, Anna, and DDi’s Lou Gallo for their help in setting up the event.  Thanks also to Devon Sowell for traveling all the way from San Diego to present two sessions, and of course Patrick and Kurtis from SolidWorks.

We’re moving on to Kansas City April 24th where Wayne Tiffany is already hard at work trying to top last years KC Summit.  Registration is open – don’t miss out.
