Microsoft security update 912945

Before updating to Microsoft security update 912945 you should know what this update actually does to your browser. (see for more details)

This update was to address a patent infrigement and will cause a ActiveX controls to see a Flash annimation with a box around the control. You will have to pick the box to active the control.

If the update has already been installed and you want to remove it:
1) Go to your Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
2) Select Show Updates. Select update 912945.
3) Remove it. Despite the warning, it’s going to fix your browser annoyances.
