for this is an overline.  Overlining text is supported via a trick in SolidWorks.  Here is a quick and dirty trick for creating overlined text on SolidWorks drawing:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Col class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\u003Cli>Start an annotation note.  \u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>With the note active and the text cursor placed at the desired location within the note, click on the \u003Cem>Stack\u003C\u002Fem> button from the \u003Cem>Annotations\u003C\u002Fem> toolbar. \u003Cimg decoding=\"async\"
