gap in Bahrain’s labor market for applied and technical skilled professionals.  Today with over 2000 students, Bahrain Polytechnic graduates “home-grown” ready-to-work professionals, to meet requirements from local industry, such as petroleum and aluminum export.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>To support its growing economy with the right skills, students focus on an applied Problem Based Learning (PLB) curriculum approach where they work with local industry and their advisor to complete full-time design projects using SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS Simulation.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Dr. Philippe company \u003Ca href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fwww.albasmelter.com\u002FPages\u002Fdefault.aspx\">Aluminum Bahrain  – ALBA\u003C\u002Fa>, the largest exporter of Aluminum in the Middle East.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Working with her industry supervisor, Ahmed Almulla (ALBA) and Bahrain Polytechnic supervisor, Pradeep Nathoo,  AlMohsen first investigated the impact of her design on (OSRL)\u003C\u002Fa> and Polytechnic supervisor, Gollapudi Narayana to investigate existing recovery oil spill devices to protect Bahrain’s shores.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cfigure class=\"wp-block-image
