When selected, a window with multiple tabs on the left hand side will appear.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on the Drawing Settings tab, and then specify the Unit System option. Here, you’ll have access to both Length (linear) and Angle (angular) unit choices.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Length options include Architectural (using feet and inches), Decimal, Engineering (feet and inches), Fractional, and Scientific (scientific exponential notation).\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Likewise, the Angle options include Decimal Degrees (metric units), Degrees\u002FMinutes\u002FSeconds, Grads (400 grads equals 360°), Radians (2 pi radians equals 360°), and Surveyor’s Unit System.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u003Ca href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fwww.draftsight.com\u002F?utm_medium=Display&utm_source=Blog&utm_campaign=DraftSight_Blog&utm_content=Blog_RC_InText_2242020&utm_term=link-text\" data-id=\"59051\">DraftSight\u003C\u002Fa> even allows you to change the precision of your Length and Angle units – just select their drop-down menus and choose from 0 to 8 decimal places.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lastly, the Block units format drop-down menu does exactly what its name suggests – it lists multiple unit options for your Block entities to adopt upon insertion.
