Further\nslowing down inventory reconciliation was the problem of the legacy accounting\napplication not integrating with purchasing, so invoices ready to be paid would\nrequire manual approval as well. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Having\nto manually enter invoices into their accounting system, then performing check\nruns turned into major delays paying suppliers.<\/strong>\nIncoming receipt of materials was being tracked and process entirely using a\nmanual process. First, receiving would bring in the packing slip, match it with\nthe purchase order, approve it and give it to accounting. But such a practice\nrequired someone to manually enter the invoice into their accounting system,\nrun it, and then perform their check run.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How\nGII Benefits From An Integrated Supply Chain <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>GII is an example of how integrated supply chain ERP systems are making solid contributions to manufacturers who rely on complex supply chains.
