SOLIDWORKS Part Reviewer: Model Draft Tutorial

Model Draft: This easy to understand part provides several different examples of draft faces using different draft techniques. All three types of drafts are shown here: Neutral Plane, Parting Line and Step Draft.

The Step Draft has two different options, perpendicular and tapered, that are shown in model. There is also one example of move face feature which can be used as an alternative to the draft feature (Neutral Plane and Parting Line). This part has three split line features with one using the Silhouette option.
