SonicWeld Housing: The real trick to the outer shape of this housing is the use of layout sketches to figure out how to bow the front but maintain the visual ‘straightness’ of the sides when viewed straight on. This requires a loft on the side to create a variable draft.This projected curve uses those layout sketches to calculate where the Right edge of the Front should be.
