SOLIDWORKS Apps for Kids Wins Editor’s Choice Award at NYC Maker Faire

Designers, Makers, Engineers, Parents and Kids, they were all at the Maker Faire 2017 NYC this weekend!

Kids of all ages got to try out SOLIDWORKS Apps For Kids,

Through workshops, coloring activities, and hands-on practice, kids quickly designed their models using Shape It, Style It, Print It software applications and collected 3D Printed charms and assembled 2D printed cubes.

Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCELab innovative customer, Les Machines – Nantes flew in with success showcasing one of the largest metal sculptures at the Maker Faire.

We talked to the college makers, like UCONN about their NASA grant – well done.
