This blog brings together STEM subjects at all levels for middle school, high school, technical/vocational and college levels.
The lessons reinforce classroom theory in the areas that students find most challenging such as the unit circle, force and stress, 3D geometry and material properties.
As we contribute to your students’ global future, we hope you utilize and participate in these lessons.
This is part two of Dave and my joint project. We finally put dinner on the table for Thanksgiving. We had a few challenges to overcome when designing the food. This was due to the difficulty of designing natural shapes. Download the model below and take a closer look at what we came up with. Enjoy!
For this post, Dave and I decided to do a joint project. With the American holiday of Thanksgiving fast approaching, we thought it might be fun to create a Thanksgiving dinner in SolidWorks. This is the first of two posts for this project, and in it, you will find a dining room with a table set for a small feast. Join us next week when we put dinner on the table. Enjoy, and thanks for viewing!
Thank you Ian and Dave, your work has been great! Download the Dining Room assembly and check out the detail in the expansion table and grooved floor. You will also find how to model the Ian's trumpet and Dave's guitar that are now framed on the dining room wall. Marie

Vezi explicatii detaliate in extended entry la sfarsitul postarii.
I found an antique hand drill lying around my house and I thought this would be a fun project. I used revolve features extensively, as well as the obvious gear mates, to create an accurate representation of this mechanism. I hope you find this as interesting as I did. Thanks for viewing!
