I don't remember seeing any one post to this topic but I could be wrong. However, I thought I would let everyone who might be interested know what I've been up to. We have a Girl's Summer Camp coming up. If you are not familiar with that one, it is where we get the 6-8th grade girls together and let them do real engineering hands on projects. This could spark an interest with some of them into thinking about technical careers like engineering. Three days of fun and eye opening projects to not only keep them entertained but to awaken that inner possibility about going into a Career Technical Academy high schools. We have about seven of them here in Las Vegas, but there is a mandate to get more young ladies interested in going to them and that is what this report will bring out to everyone.
