The San Antonio SolidWorks User Group is one of my personal favorites, and I'll be attending their meeting tonight.
SASUG was created in 2003 when the Central Texas SolidWorks User Group was split into two local chapters. Lila Theis did a fantastic job building the group, and current group leader Jim Lowery has kept the tradition alive (and thriving). The presentations at SASUG events are always first-class, and the members take an active role in each and every meeting.
I don't even mind fighting the Austin traffic to get there.

Not going, but I sure mentioned to several people at SWW2007 that it sure would be nice to have one in Texas and San Antonio was mentioned as a place that could handle it.
