It's been quite a few days for SolidWorks User Groups. We've been approached by more than 15 energetic individuals with an interest in starting a local user group chapter, and I'm happy to say that at least three new groups will be listed in just the the next couple of weeks. In North America, Davenport (IA), Tulsa (OK), and Baltimore, (MD) show immediate promise, and interest has been high in Florida and Ontario, Canada (near Toronto). I met with some members of the Latin America sales team to talk about expanding groups in Central and South America too.
I've yet to connect with the SolidWorks user from Hawaii that's been trying to reach me, but I intend to find him on Wednesday. You can bet I'll offer to visit his group on a regular basis.

Richard,
As far as the new interest in a new SolidWorks User Group in Hawaii, I belive that is in the western region. So... I guess... I could help out at a meeting or two.
Thanks,
