This is a simulation of an engine running. Here you'll see the intake, compression, power, and exhaust strokes of a typical four stroke engine. In the last half of the simulation, you will see the fuel being injected into the intake runner, being drawn into the cylinder when the intake valve opens, the fuel/air mixture being compressed and fired by the spark plug to produce the power stroke, and finally the spent mixture expelled through the exhaust valve into the exhaust manifold and ultimately out your exhaust pipe.
It would be really sweet if we could do this in SolidWorks.
