New Orleans After the Storm.mp3 Colonel Lewis Setliff was the lead engineer from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers charged with rebuilding the city of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina struck. He and Task Force Guardian faced monumental challenges, including a city that was 80 percent flooded, 220 miles of levees to assess and repair and a very short timeframe. Hear how they safeguarded the city in time for the next hurricane season.
